ZED Training

ZED, an acronym for Zero Defect Zero Effect, is a significant initiative launched by the Government of India. It underscores the imperative for products manufactured in India to adhere to a culture of impeccable quality, characterized by zero defects, and exhibit no adverse environmental impact. This concerted effort aims to ensure that Indian products maintain a strong presence in the international market while upholding stringent standards for environmental health and safety. The genesis of this initiative can be traced back to Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi's address from the Red Fort on August 15, 2014.

Presently, this program is overseen by the Quality Council of India, functioning as the National Monitoring and Implementation Unit (NMIU).
