ISO 9001 Training

Participants will engage in practical exercises that encompass essential aspects such as Project Plans, the application of the Seven Quality Management Principles, delineating the organizational context, identifying interested stakeholders and their specific requirements, and employing Systems Mapping within a process-oriented framework, among others. Throughout the course, industry-specific examples and terminology will be integrated into all activities.

Documentation and Implementation This course equips individuals with the tools and methodologies needed to document and implement a Quality Management System aligned with the requirements of IATF 16949. Specifically tailored for those responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the Quality Management System, participants will have the opportunity to create a comprehensive QMS using implementation and documentation techniques. This will encompass elements like Project Plans, Communication Plans, SWOT Analysis, the Seven Quality Management Principles, defining the organizational context, identifying interested stakeholders and their requirements, and applying the Automotive Process Approach through Systems Mapping. Additionally, participants will employ tools like Process Concept Diagrams (Turtles) and Process Mapping to ensure a practical understanding of the concepts. Industry-specific examples and terminology will be an integral part of the learning experience.

Internal Auditing This course focuses on the methodologies for conducting internal audits of a Quality Management System based on IATF 16949, Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA), and Customer-Specific Requirements (CSRs). It is designed to cater to individuals who are new to internal auditing, those currently engaged in internal audit activities, or individuals responsible for managing the QMS audit process.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in developing a QMS audit process, which will include aspects such as Audit Scheduling and Planning, Audit Reporting, leveraging the Automotive Process Approach through Systems Mapping, utilizing Process Concept Diagrams (Turtles) and Process Mapping, comprehending the intricacies of the IATF 16949 Standard, practicing Mock Auditing, Audit Reporting, verifying Corrective Action responses, and auditing Core Tools and CSRs. The course will be enriched with industry-specific examples and terminology to ensure a practical and effective learning experience.
