LEAD AUDITOR’S TRAINING

This training program encompasses a comprehensive exploration of the process-oriented approach to quality management systems and the art of conducting audits. It extensively covers the eight fundamental quality management principles, provides an in-depth understanding of ISO 9001 requirements (as well as insights from the accompanying document, 9004), and imparts the knowledge and skills necessary for planning, executing, and reporting on audits of entire quality management systems.

Target Audience:

This course is tailored for individuals with the ambition to acquire the expertise needed to audit an organization’s management system that adheres to ISO 9001 standards. These audits can be carried out as third-party assessments on behalf of external certification bodies or as second-party audits within an organization’s supply chain. Successful completion of this course is a mandatory prerequisite for achieving certification as an Auditor within the framework of the Quality Management System (QMS) Scheme offered by the respected organization.
