We stand behind our services and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our services are digital/online/offline delivered via Internet download/physical implementation, we offer no refunds which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product/service on the Website.
Though, we will be more than happy to help you, if you experience any difficulties with one of the digital download products/services or you undergo any problems with downloading it. We do have a sample/trial available which is a part of product/identical to the product that you may download and review before making a purchase. Some services can be deliverable in 10 – 15 working days as depends upon the customisation required for the same.

Our documentation kit is in word, excel, PPT and other standard editable formats where customer can edit it to make own company documents for certification of related system. You can find our products/services prices on our website and demo/sample of our products with list of items. We will update them from time to time. All prices are in US dollars/INR and include applicable taxes.
